Intimate mountain top wedding

June 28, 2017

Scott and Rachel’s ceremony at the top of Keystone mountain was attended by 15 close friends and family members. We all rode a gondola to get to the ceremony site.  I shot this event alone (missing Pat the whole day!), but the bride and groom were so relaxed that it made my job easier and enjoyable.   Rachel sipped on a mimosa and spent the morning hanging out with her mom and best friend while Scott enjoyed time with his mom and best friend!  Decklin, an awesome three year old, kept us entertained with his jokes.  In spite of the crazy wind, the weather was gorgeous and the views were absolutely stunning.  Scott and Rachel not only wrote their vows, but they had them printed in custom books they can keep forever.  I love how Scott kept Rachel laughing throughout the portrait session!  The trip back down on the gondola afterwards was spent talking and having fun.  These two are great together and I am so happy I was able to document their day.  Scott and Rachel, here is your highlight video:
